It's no five minute installation like it says on the box, you need a good hours, but I didn't believe that anyways. The important thing is, it's well made, looks great, quiet, good air flow just on med speed, may never need high. Bought the hunter universal remote to go with and it works great too

Received this laptop in June 2016. Now it won't turn on. When I press the power button, the button lights up then goes out. This computer was defective from the start. When I first turned it on last June, there was an alarm that went off. During the seven months I have had it, it would freeze. I would have to reboot by holding the power button until it powered off. I am going to take it to the Geek Squad to see if it can be repaired. I would not recommend this computer to anyone. Even though I have had this Toshiba for nine months, it has had very minimal use. I only use it when I am away from home, which isn't too often.My UPDATE.....AMAZON is well respected. Geek Squad at Best Buy accepted my Toshiba laptop for repair. Best Buy accepted my Amazon invoice and eventually (2 days later) had to send it to Toshiba because it was under warranty and couldn't be repaired in-store; It needed a new mother-board. Toshiba authorized a refund to Best Buy for me for the full amount minus about a dollar. This all took about two and a half weeks. These three companies worked great together. I'm proud of them! Haha, never thought I'd be happy about a product that didn't work!

Not even a month and the computer doesnt even work the motherboard just stop working, nice way to waste money.

Nice laptop easy set up nice screen. I gave it a 4 star because I think they could do a better job on the keyboard edges. The edges are sharp are sharp and seem a little cheap. With all of that said it is still a good buy.

I love my new computer. It was a great purchased for the value. I just need to get the protection plan.

No Windows product key in the box to do back up if you have issues with the computer which I did have him try to return and then I tried to use the insurance policy that I bought and never got any kind of response from it

Purchased 3 of these and within 2 weeks, 2 of them had the functionality of a door stop. 1 would turn off 4 seconds after you pressed the power button, even while being plugged in to an outlet. The other, from the time I took it out of the box, took literally 7-8 minutes to boot up and display the desktop and taskbar, 2-3 minutes to do simple things like open the control panel, create a folder or even bring up a menu when you right click. I even went in to the settings and attempted to disable the programs that begin on startup to try to speed things up and it didn't matter. Seemed to be a processor issue. To be fair, I didn't have any problems with the 3rd laptop of the bunch, but didn't want to take any chances and have it stop working after the 30 day return policy so I shipped it back. Not a good product at all.
