Great alone and great double belted.
The media could not be loaded. I like to compete in strong man events and I’ve really loved this belt. Alone it’s flexible enough to allow me to breathe, move, and lift while maintaining a brace. Double belted ive enjoyed the extra compression and stability in my core. Highly recommend!

Good but not same support as leather belt
This does a good job but isn’t as supportive as leather. It also doesn’t cut into you though. If you are doing regular lifting this will provide the support you need with extra mobility. I love mine!
