The Molli sauces are an excellent cariety of rich and developed flavors for marinating meats, poultry or fish. They are uniquely fresh and refined. Whether used as marinades or cooked straight with your meal or even dropped on after cooking, they truly elevate your cooking and are so easy to add. I was specifically amazed by the richness of the flavors and theirversatility. A must have in the kitchen (for quick easy cooking or more sophisticated gourmet preparations!) - second most preferred sauce after Mexico City. I liked this one with red snapper / tilapia.

Love love love Veracruz sauce... I cannot find ANY where I live... not easily anyways... I wish this jar was a bigger size, but otherwise it's great!!!

I'm absolutely delighted. The sauce is so fresh and flavorful that it takes my meals to the next level without adding time in the kitchen. The sauces compliment the course without being heavy. I love the recipes that come with it. It is a must try!

This is so easy to cook with and I really enjoy the flavor. Ten minutes to cook with cod. Now that I'm away from Dallas, I really miss these sauces :(
