Raw honey does not expire. Then why have you mentioned 'best before 24 months' on the bottle?

I've heard from people that with age honey develops therapeutic properties and it is often used for certain ailments.

Over time, the natural sugars, pollens and wax present naturally in the raw honey bind together and begin manifesting. How slowly or quickly it crystallizes differs for different kinds of honey. So magical! Right? Also note that once it crystallizes, it can be easily decrystallized by simply immersing your jar in hot water for about 20 minutes or so. Your honey will become liquid again. Please do not heat it directly/don't microwave it.
