They didn't fit and weren't adjustable
The product is not adjustable. It's not elastic and it just has one square Velcro connector. If it fits you, it's a comfortable weight. If not, you're out of luck. They are too big for me (grown man) so didn't even come close to fitting my 6 year old son. The good news: the return policy is hassle free.

the right weight for any age
I bought these for someone I love dearly who is 85 years old and in a rehab. It is very difficult to find .5 lb weights and that is exactly what his Physical Therapists recommends at this point in time. They are also black and a versatile color for any sex. When my friend needs 1 lb....he can use 2 of these. I will probably be coming back to this site to order any and all of the weights he needs. They appear to be filled with a soft sandso they will not hurt him being wrapped around his left ankle. Thank you for thinking of the smaller weights. He is very happy and I am thrilled to have found these.:)
