Anyone else have trouble with it popping off the sink every couple minutes?

Yes. I have a new stainless steel sink. When I apply it, the suction is really strong - can't pull it off. If I leave it for 10 minutes, it falls.

Will this stick to plastic utility sink?

We are using it on a porcelain sink but I imagine it would stick to plastic as long as there is a flat surface for it to adhere to.

How well does it stick to porcelain sink?

I did not try with a porcelain sink, but I can tell you that it not stick at all to my shower wall which is plastic, not ceramic. I ended up throwing it out because the 30 day window for returns was up.
