Great Feeling, with Caveats
Up front, let me say that these did make my plantar fasciitis feel much better after a few days. One of the few methods that makes it feel demonstrably better. So, they do work. However, I have a few gripes that temper all that nice feeling:1. Why can't they get their sizing down? Read the reviews here to select your 'proper' size. I did, and they fit great.(I'm a 9.5, so I ordered a 10.5)2. They squeak. Did from day one. It's bad enough I have black shoes with 'ORTHAHEEL' emblazoned on them, but they announce my entrance, as well.3. The kicker: I've owned these less than five months and they are already separating between the sole and the upper. I don't wear them every day because I have inserts for other shoes. My wife says I got plantar fasciitis because I have always bought cheap sneakers. I don't know if she's right, but these were the most expensive I have ever bought and lasted the shortest amount of time before separating!! I have $30 sneakers that have lasted over two years. five months is pathetic for shoes in this price range. If I can include images, I will provide proof.Hope it helps.

Poorly Manufactured, Poor Quality
These shoes, while they have amazing arch and heel support, are otherwise poorly made. The rubber pulls away easily, the stitching started coming loose after a few weeks, and the leather separated from the sole, all within four months. Since it was summer, I didn’t wear them as often as other seasons. I bought these shoes after reading recommendations from users and an article highlighting the excellent support for high arches. Unfortunately, I spent more money on these shoes than I ever have, yet they lasted far less time. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. I wish the arch and heel support was inside a better quality, better manufactured shoe. I included pictures showing some of the issues described.

Very Supportive , but Order Up One Size!
My son needed a good arch support for his job where he is on his feet all day. After some googling I found this shoe to be most recommended. I also wear Vionic for my over pronation issues too and these shoes have made all the difference for my poor feet. My son generally wears an 11 in athletic shoes so I ordered a 11.5 and a 12 since I read on the Vionic web site that you should order one size up on these. After trying both pairs he decided a whole size up (the 12) was the best fit. Vionic was right, order a whole size up. He wore them to work and he said, "So much better!"

Comfort and support relieved my foot pain
These shoes have been great for over 1 year! I bought them half a size larger than I usually would because of what other reviewers said. That worked out just right. I had been having a lot of problems with foot pain from plantar fasciitis. After I started wearing these shoes, the pain disappeared within a month or two. The support and comfort have been great. Now, I am back to order another pair because my last pair has lost it cushiony feel. These types of foam filled shoes eventually break down from daily use. So, okay. I can live with that.I'm surprised the reviews for this shoe run as low as they do. But I see the complaints are all related to size. So just get a bigger pair.

Not recommended for people with diabetes . . .
I purchased these shoes for someone who is both diabetic and who also has plantar fasciitis. While he loved the heel support and felt that it made his plantar fasciitis feel better, the downside was that the toe box is way too small. He actually ended up with a couple of blackened toenails on both feet from wearing these shoes the first time. After a visit with the doctor, the conclusion was that the shoes had caused his nails to pull up somewhat due to the size of the toe box. Since he is diabetic and has neuropathy in his feet, he was unable to feel the problem until it was too late and the shoes had already caused damage to his toes. I am unable to recommend these shoes to anyone with diabetes, and I suspect that they wouldn't be very comfortable for anyone with wide feet, either, since the proportionate size of the toe box to the width of the shoe is too small, even though they are sized as a 2E shoe.

Five Stars but less than a Month down to TWO Stars
Vionic Men's Walker Grey 11.5 W I absolutely loved this shoe!! I liked the fit so much I ordered another pair the following week. The second pair I ordered didn't fit so well....the Right shoe seemed smaller than the Left shoe. My normal size it 10.5 EE but after reading the reviews I decided to order a Full size larger.....11.5W The first pair fit perfectly!! I received my first pair on April 1st and have worn them when I did my daily walk. I especially liked the Arch Support which really helped the pain in my feet and lower back. Today I looked at my shoe and found it was separating from the sole of the shoe. Today is April 29th and I have until May 1st to return the shoe to Amazon for a Gift Certificate refund. I also checked on the other pair of shoes and I have until May 7th....I returned both pairs today with sadness because I really liked the fit and the relief of the pain I had when I did my daily walk. So now, I have to rate these shoes at Two Stars instead of Five Stars. I have worn other shoes for three years and never had this problem. After reading more reviews I am finding that this is a reoccurring Problem with this shoe!! I am so glad I noticed the shoe coming apart today because I could NOT Return it after May 1st!! Beware.

Vionics ORTHOHEEL Tech. SHOE actually works to cushion one's foot for Walking or Prolonged Standing. Order one half size Larger.
I normally wear a size 11-Wide {when I can find a wide}. in a Nike or New Balance athletic shoe. I just purchased my second pair of the Vionic Men's Orthoheel Technology in size 11½ 2E and they fit correctly. I have a partially compressed nerve in my Lumbar Spine and I have to limit the tine that I stand or I will start receiving a shooting Pain from my gluteal muscles (buttocks) down my Right Leg to my Ankle. I've tried 5 or 6 "orthopedically padded" Walking Shoes; these Vionics are much better at allowing me to spend time in the kitchen (on my feet} making a cake from scratch, without the pain becoming unbearable. They also prevent my heels from aching due to my posture. I WOULD RATE THESE SHOES 4½ ⭐️ STARS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND UPPING YOUR SIZE BY ONE HALF; (or if you sometimes wear a size 10 & sometimes a 10½) I would buy this shoe in a size 11. (P.S. the "Grey" shoe looks more like a tan-khaki to me). I still like them. Good Luck.
