NLT Life Application Study Bible, Third Edition (Hardcover Cloth, Coral, Red Letter)

This Bible makes me look forward to opening and reading the Word every day!!! The sturdy and slightly textured cloth feel of the Bible along with its coral color are just beautiful. 🩷 The pages are smooth, light and airy like I like in a Bible- with a quality feel. Love the touch of gold on page edges and Jesus red letters too!Of course more than the aesthetic (though beautiful as they should be for the Word of God!) is the text itself. I’ve been a Christian for decades and am sad to admit I’ve never read the whole Bible cover to cover. But with this Bible in the NLT and study edition notes, I’m so thankful to have finally found a Bible that makes it easy and enjoyable for me to be doing so this year for the first time, and reading page after page without getting bogged down or stopping!!!I was somewhat hesitant about how much I’d get out of the Life Application study notes at the bottom of every page but, boy, was I wrong! I have gotten so much out of them & they have greatly enhanced my Bible reading experience. They are extremely well-written… original, illuminating, grace-filled, unflinching to the truth, deep, simple, and encouraging all at the same time. I included photos of some pages so you can get a better feel for the notes and layout yourself. I am truly in awe of and grateful for such a masterpiece and gift these editors have given us in both the NLT translation and this Study edition. Thank you. I am simply blown away.My only request… 🙏 Please publish this Bible in more beautiful covers to choose from as I would LOVE to gift this Bible to every friend I have! (And believe the Bible should whenever possible look as good as it really is! 💗 )

There’s so many great things of this book that it’s long to describe from aesthetics to knowledge. Don’t think twice of this purchase, if you feel the nudge, go for it, Jesus is waiting.

Bought this to learn about God and the Bible and it helps tremendously! It’s comprehensible and has little notes on the sides of the pages throughout.

The media could not be loaded. i’ve been searching for a bible i can understand whenever i read my bible i don’t understand it and have so many questions like “who is that person” “why did they go there” etc this bible breaks down almost every verse and shows u how u can apply what you just read to your life also has a introduction on people and books in the bible to give you more of a understanding i never thought i would find a bible like this!!it is on the heavy side like very heavy but that doesn’t really bother me also the pages are VERY thin so i would recommend getting highlights that don’t bleed but overall very good bible

I ordered this study Bible because it came highly recommended, and I'm not disappointed! There is a ton of commentary, graphical breakdowns of scriptural themes and highlights, a concordance, maps, and a guide for giving a Bible study. If I could rate this higher than. 5-stars, I would!A suggestion for those who like to highlight: don't use liquid highlighters, use crayons! Not even kidding. The pages are thin and crayons work perfectly.

The Bible is a beautiful color and I love all of the specs in it, everything i look for and more in a study bible. A great bible to get if you are a new believer or just want to broaden your translations. This edition is so easy to understand and has some great commentary! Must buy!

Glad i bought this. Grew up Christian, never retained any of the knowledge as the denominational church I was raised in was heavily biased and completely led astray from the Bible. Years later, after being atheist, I felt a pull and started trying to read the Bible (KJV) but couldn’t understand anything! I’ve been using this and it’s helped sm in breaking down verses and whatnot. I’ve learned so much, and gained so much different perspective I never would’ve been granted otherwise. Thank you!!!

I love this bible. I grew up on King James Version (KJV) but I like this version as an alternative. Easier to understand. The pages are very thin so you have to be careful with turning the pages.
