Yes, there is a light foam in the cups. Just enough to give the "girls" some coverage. It's an excellent purchase.

I wear 38d bra. i am 5feet 3inches. i am 207 pounds. what size do i get?

I’d go with a 40d. I’m around 180 currently 5 ft 4. I wear the 40c and love it. It doesn’t constrict me the way others have, feels more like a swimsuit, it molds but doesn’t squeeze to much. It feels tighter around my ribs than anywhere else, but nothing is poking me or leaving red constriction marks and you don’t notice it if you’re busy. It may be a bit more snug on you, I’m not sure how much the fabric stretches before it starts being too tight but mine seems to have a little room. I’d definitely recommend trying it.

Your lace shaper has the hooks at the front of the crotch panel. super easy to refasten. this one fastens at the very back of he crotch. why?

Love them ! I have 3 and hope they never stop selling them 👍. Hooks are adjustable & you would use the ones closest to the front of the crotch area. Not a problem at all.
