Sturdy
I love these trash bags. They're the best biodegradable ones I've tried. They're nice and thick and hold up to regular household trash. They're true to size, but are not stretchy. I don't use them for wet trash or kitchen trash, but I use them everywhere else in the house.

Great “green” value
We find these strong enough and easy to just add our own saved twist ties. Nothing fancy, roll of 90 for a low price and so good to know they biodegrade. Note: We ordered one size too small for kitchen can, so will size up next.

Just ok
These are just ok. I use them for a small bathroom trash can. It does the job; however, the plastic is super thin - thinner than the trashy (haha) Walmart check out bags. I cannot place anything with semi-sharp edges in the bag or it will tear completely apart! If just using for empty tp rolls, qtips or cotton balls, you are ok.

A lot of planet friendly bags for a low cost!
I think these bags are great for bedroom, bathroom, office ..small to medium/small trash cans. I like knowing they’re not plastic and it comes with a lot for the price! Bags are pretty sturdy too. Definitely recommend.

Perfect small size and easy to open
These bags are a perfect size for my use. I clean homes and use these small bags to put any of MY cleaning trash in as I work through a home. I also use these bags to empty my vacuum cleaner dust into. The small roll of bags fit conveniently in my tote of cleaning supplies. Also, I use these bags to accumulate small amounts of food waste that cannot go through my garbage disposal and I will store in my freezer, the color makes it very easy to identify in my freezer when garbage day comes. Small but very versatile!

Very Good for What They Are
While these are best used for decomposing food stuffs, I have used them in a waste basket in my room for about two years or more. Lightweight, non-perforating garbage is preferable, however. Heavy items will cause the bag to burst, and needless to say, sharp items will definitely puncture the bag. Those of you reading this who live in the U.S. will find the price to be easy on your pocketbook, also. For some reason, I cannot purchase this brand from Amazon Canada, but I gladly accept the exchange rate, and believe I'm still getting good value for the price. So, don't expect too much from these bags on the waste side of the equation, and you should be happy with them. As for decomposing food, I have not used them for that purpose, so am unable to judge them on those merits. Read other reviews on this page for that info.

Perfect for 60 L garbage can
Perfect for kitchen garbage can. Its as big as the large black garbage bags you get at stores. This fits our 49.2 Litre trash can (13 gallon). Its comforting to know that at least the bag is biodegradable whereas the black ones will take hundreds of years to break down.

0.55mil OK for paper waste, not sturdy enough for kitchen compost
I ordered these 4-6 gallon, 0.55mil biodegradeable trash bags as a liner for our kitchen compost bin, a Rubbermaid Commercial #2955, 7 gallon waste basket. These bags are a perfect fit, but I find they easily tear when trying to remove a full bag of kitchen scraps. I have resorted to tying the top of the bag and and dumping the whole bag from the waste basket into our outdoor green bin. Also, 3 times out of 4 the bag has leaked and I need to wash and dry the waste basket before inserting another liner. I tried these to save a few $. Once these are used up, I will be going back to the more expensive Okkeai 0.98mil bags - they are strong enough to pull a full bag of kitchen scraps up by the plastic bag and never leak. If you are simply looking for a liner for a "paper" waste basket liner, these will be more than adequate. However, if you want to use them for lining your kitchen compost bin, then my recommendation is to stick with a 0.98mil bag. I hope this helps!

Bags are terrible
The bags rip easily, even as you try to seperate them form the roll. I would not recommend them to anyone.
