Good stuff
It's house of kolor, always good stuff. Restomotive sales is great to deal with, everything arrives correct and ahead of schedule. I'll always buy from them versus the other company if I have a choice.

Clear lays down really nice
Clear lays down really nice , flash time is pretty quick . Also easy to sand and buffs out really nice I usually go down to 2500 to buff but with this clear I sand down to 2000 and it buffs out just as good and fastLooks great . Had no problems

Great product for the professional auto body person.
We use this product often, purchase through Amazon for the ease of having it delivered. Price was comparable to local retailers

Really happy with house of kolor products . Highly recommend if you are looking for something of quality . Don’t cheap out and get house brand products . I did last time and had to repaint my whole car -___- .

Solvent popping after waiting 30 minutes before spraying the second coat
Per instructions on the tech sheet, I used their very slow reducer (95F to 100F+), as my shop air flow temp was 102F (I live in the desert, and this is the best time to paint, before the bugs begin to swarm). First coat went down medium, and was hand slick in 10 minutes. Although the instructions say to wait 15-20 minutes before shooting the 2nd coat, I waited 30 minutes, to be sure the very slow reducer had time to flash. Just after the second coat of clear went down, solvent popping began, ruining the paint job. If the very slow reducer needs more time to flash at 102F, HOK should publish this information, instead of letting us find out the hard way.The tech sheet also has several grammatical errors, and the Finish Sanding paragraph cuts off at, "Use a tack rack to remove lint before".Also, the bottom of the gallon can of Klear I received was badly crushed, and the can wobbles on a flat table.

Soft Clearcoat
This clear wont harden up. painted the car in September of 2022 and the paint is extremely soft. cant even put a car cover on it or it will leave marks in the paint. Its been a 18 months and still soft! Mixed clear and hardener exactly what instructions stated. I have used HOC in the past many times with excellent results! Not this time!!! When your painting a 69 corvette show car you expect the best! Never Again with HOC! Update! Apparently I used the wrong hardener I ordered KU150 instead of KU152 my mistake!
