Can’t fault this product. It’s easy to install, sturdy and has great features such as the cable management clips to route your cables through and the tension control.You can move the arms really easily.It easily holds my 2 19” monitors, and makes my set up look exactly how I want it to!For the price of it I wasn’t expecting it to be as good quality as it is, it’s really really good value for money! Highly recommend.

There's no mistaking that this item is solid and well built, also relatively heavy. Following the instructions, I located the wooden stud within the wall and marked the centre. The instructions then said to hold the unit against the wall, hold a spirit level to the top and to mark your holes to drill, doing this on my own was impossible as it's so heavy that there was no way I could hold it with one hand and mark with the other. My only other gripe was with the lag screws, trying to use a screwdriver or impact driver on these was impossible, I stripped all three screws even after drilling larger pilot holes than the instructions suggested, I'd highly advise have an M6 socket or box spanner handy to get these into the wood.The adjustability is amazing! Up, Down, tilt, twist, left, right. I did have to adjust the gas struts but not a big deal.

I have two 27 inch monitors and bought this item to get more desk space. I could not use a stand that clamps to the desk as I have a glass topper desk. This wall mount had very clear instructions and went on the wall easily. It feels very secure and allow movement up and down; left an right; and angle of viewing. Really a good, strong and useful item.

First of all, the build quality of this product is pretty solid and it functions pretty well. Unfortunately, this suffers the same problem that many other cheap monitor mounts suffer when it comes to the tilt function, in that it relies on friction and an unreasonable amount of force.While the left arm functions fine on what I received, the right arm slowly starts to tilt forward (the screen slowly starts to point towards the ground). Tightening the bolt that controls the tilt to an unreasonable amount, and almost bursting a blood vessel from the strain didn't help much, it just slowed the rate at which it starts to tilt.I use identical monitors on each arm, and the left one is fine.Unfortunately, I think this is a design flaw, and not a product fault, as this little friction bolt is just smooth metal on metal and has to support the weight of the monitor with an extreme center of gravity. I may try to fix this with some rubber washers to help increase the friction and stop the slipping before returning.Solid product with a fatal design flaw.

I have use many products from this brand and all i have to say is that its trust worthy. i have put heavy ultra wides on their other arms and they have worked well. and this arm is no diffrent as it hold my 2 monitors perfectly. one of the best things is that its easy to setup and change monitors after too.Important RecommendationUSE DIFFRENT WALL PLUGS

Good versatility and easy to install, but one of the arms pistons broke, so it can no longer be adjusted and flops down with only a very light 28” 1080p monitor after just 6 MONTHS of use. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY.
