Very effective. I mix it 1:1 with my lotion for my kp and it was a game-changer. I love how good it work. Price is preety good too. Sometimes smell a little like ammonia, which is alright cus it's 40% urea. It is also deeply moisturising. My skin texture have became very healthy after using this .

Unsure if the seller is the problem or the product itself
I had a subscription for this product for my mother who has severe cracks due to diabetes. The product used to work like a charm. But lately the product's consistency has changed and the product is not effective anymore. Not sure of Dr.Foot has changed the formulation or the seller is selling any fake product.

I don't know if this thing is safe for use or not. It releases a toxic smell from around the lid of the box.
