In my experience the OCA Samsung uses is a bit more difficult to remove than the OCA Apple uses. This stuff definitely works, but it still requires some effort. Initially I didn't think I was getting any better results than rubbing alcohol, even after letting the solution soak in. The further through the layer of glue I got the greater advantage I could see of this stuff versus rubbing alcohol. It did a great job of dissolving the small spots of glue to be scrapped off.Once I was done I still needed to use some glass cleaner to get the glass completely clean before applying LOCA and new glass. Another draw back was the amount I needed to use. I went through almost half a bottle for one screen. Now that I am familiar with the product I could probably do the next one with slightly less. However if you are planning on using this for multiples phones this is probably not the best value. The need for an additional cleaning product and the cost relative to the amount of phones you can repair is the reason I deducted one star.

I am not sure what this product is, but it works great at removing DRY/DRIED LOCA UV GLUE!!! Do not try to use this to clean up the liquid glue you will just make a huge mess. I was really hoping that I could identify the odor of this solvent. I also thought it is illegal to ship liquids without a description of what the product contains! So... don't go getting any in your eye, drink the liquid, use it for replacement of creamer in your coffee, etc. There is no way to obtain a Safety Data Sheet on something that is unknown. Other than the stuff above it functioned well to remove DRY GLUE.

This was nothing more than Nail Polish Remover on Steroids. It was barely effective. I must have not let it sit long enough. I was not impressed. It was okay at best at removing the gunk off of an LCD screen for a client. I also tried something called Goof Off which did a little better actually.
