Dimensions Snowy Christmas Cabin Paint by Numbers for Adults, 20'' W x 14'' L

Lovely picture, very intricate. Paints are good; although I added water to help them spread easier. Canvas is linen, so very smooth, which helps with such tiny areas to cover. Although they send brushes you’re not going to be able to get through this with them. Buy another, quality set. Princeton sells a set of ultra minies that I would recommend. Their set in Velvetouch is also good although not as stiff; and you are going to want stiff to handle the acrylic paint. There is blending and mixing involved, as most of dimensions kits include this feature. Not a good choice for first pbn.

I’ve been doing paint by number for many many years and for some reason recently rolled canvas printed paint sets are so common. I don’t get it. I absolutely hate the canvas for several reasons and all of those reasons are eliminated when I purchase Dimensions kits! They are so much more easily read, the paint is smooth and goes on very well, and I love the end results.

I love this picture. I have done four other paint by number products, but this is the best.I am looking forward to my next picture, but I now need a quality magnifying glass to help prevent eye strain. Can anyone suggest a magnifying glass that helps specifically with paint by number? Suggestions appreciated.

It’s a beautiful print in person. I’m almost finished and am looking forward to having it on the wall this holiday season and years to come. Very easy to paint and I love the instant gratification of it.

This is only my second attempt at a paint by number kit; the first one did not feature any mixing of paint like this one. The mixing is challenging in terms of figuring out how much paint to make and also getting it onto the board quickly enough before it dries out. Why do half of the colors required to complete the picture need to be mixed, especially large sections of certain dark colors? Also it is essential here to follow the charts included because the company does not include numbers or letters on the board for many tiny areas, and completely leaves out indicators for the number 1 color (white). Again, another challenge ... However, pleased with the size and vibrancy of the paint colors; especially like the paint pots being connected so they're not easily scattered. And I like painting on board rather than canvas. But final issue which feels important to mention: Why just one brush?! On a painting this large, with this much detail work, it would be nice to be offered at least 2 brushes to complete the task...

This PBN was fun and it turned out beautifully. Hanging on my wall for the holidays. 👍. I much prefer the board vs canvas.

My wife loves doing these and I got for a gift and she was happy.

Kit arrived in good shape. Coloration matches the advertised colors. Good detail work in it to feel more “ adult “ as opposed to child-like.
