The pegs were too small for the hole in the homemade cribbage board. Sure they will fit a store bought one.

I needed to replace some old plastic pegs on an inherited cribbage board and figured wood might be a cool upgrade.They look and feel nice but functionally they start to fall apart. As other reviews say, they are a tiny bit thick — but not terribly and I can live with it. However they take up much more space than standard pegs. They will not all fit in the storage space of a standard size cribbage board. I can only comfortably fit 4 or 5 but not an even 6.I’ll use them for a little bit, but will likely replace them out again soon.Bonus: Oddly they smell like Hot Topic in 1999.

I bought these pegs to replace the broken plastic ones that came with my hand me down cribbage board. They fit in the holes but it’s tight and just the tip goes in the hole so they’re easy to knock out accidentally. I can’t fit more than 6 pegs in the storage slot and even that is really tight. For the price, I won’t return them, but I’m a little bummed that they’re bigger than standard pegs.

Glad I found these replacements. Back to playing the game.
