Agent took the original defective product but failed to give the replacement during return
We had returned the item as it was broken and the Amazon agent picked up the item. But after few days another agent came and asked for the original product and told that he will not deliver the product until the original is retuned . We even showed him the status , he refused . Right now we have already returned the original defective item and have NOT received a replacement . There is no way to raise a complaint also

The media could not be loaded. Didn't recieve the watch with proper packaging, other than that the watch worth the price, dial is normal size, looks good and quality is adequate.
