How well does it adhere to TPU rubber? Additionally, how will it it react when wet?

It doesn't it is just on top of my insoles....I don't think wet would work.

I hsve abrasions behind my ears from fri tion of eyeglasses and hearing aids together. Do ypu yhink this could possibly help if i place behind ears?
