My sons' umbrellas broke and I ordered two of these items as a replacements. I am thrilled with their very high-quality and performance. They held up nicely in the wind and the rain. The wooden handle is a lovely touch. I am also very happy with the zipped umbrella cover. This feature makes it easy to store when not in use. The "opening and closing" buttons are working well, but first I was not keen on them as I prefer manual umbrellas. Overall, they are well-made, as described. My sons are very pleased with their new umbrellas. This product worth every penny! 5 stars!

I bought my Royal walk umbrella as l wanted a better quality brolly than I would normally buy.I wasn't disappointed , good strong and well made and looks good even down to the zipped cover.So pleased with my purchase that when one of the ribs broke I was so disappointed. I didn't want the back and forth to customer service that happens quite a lot In so many cases before a situation gets resolved.What a pleasant surprise when I emailed Royal walk and spoke to Emma in customer service. I was asked for my order number and picture of of the broken spoke. Emma was so helpful and I had my replacement brolly the following week. I didn't even have to return the damaged one. I would definitely recommend Royal walk. The product is good and looks more expensive than it was. Plus...Customer service was excellent . This is why I was able to give 5 stars.

I got this to replace my flimsy shop umbrella that got mangled up in the wind. First impression is well made and very sturdy with quality in mind. Bigger and longer than my old umbrella but can still fit at the front pocket of my holdall. Auto open and shut at the press of a button but you will have to a pull shut to fold the umbrella and into the zipper bag. Not tested in high wind, so will update on this later. Overall, a very good umbrella that is worth it's price!04/10/2024 update:-This is definitely the Royce Rolls of all umbrellas and here I tell you why.....Beside the description above, this umbrella is windproof and I am talking about being in British windy weather and not being in a tropical tornado! It is rust-free and I have found out for myself from my numerous forgetful moments of stuffing my sodden wet umbrella into the zipper bag and into my holdall bag at work and forget about it all all until I came to use it next time. To my amazement, no rust or stale smell at all from the umbrella. This is a must-have umbrella for all in our British climate and I am even thinking about making it a Christmas stocking filler for all my family!

Definitely not windproof in a strong breeze, but I haven't found one that is. Otherwise, it's a great umbrella! Easy to extend, beautiful colour, and unless you're in a strong wind, it feels sturdy. Dries quickly and isn't too heavy.

A strong and sturdy umbrella easy to open and close. The umbrella is light and compact to carry. Dries very quick.

What a brilliant quality umbrella, and I love the fact that the storage pouch has a zip so that it's easy to get the umbrella back in there after use. It's got a comfortable wooden handle and a one button open and close mechanism. It also has a reflective trim which is a nice added touch. The umbrella it's self feels really good quality and dries quickly for storage. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality and functionality.

Fantastic design, the open and close feature at the push of a button is very convenient. The zipped cover is great because most umbrellas you have to try to force the cover back on. Seems to be very Sturdy. Surpringly the UK weather has not given me the opportunity to try it yet.

To be honest I was about to return the umbrella as it's too large to pop in my handbag just in case it rains. However I now find that I won't be able to drive for a while so will need a good solid umbrella for walking, bus etc. This umbrella is just the thing. Large canopy for good protection and designed so that gusts of wind should "slip through" and not turn it inside out although I haven't been out on a windy day yet to test it. Bit pricey but comes with 2 year guarantee. I'm very happy with it.
