Ordered on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. The hot tub was easy to install & inflated within 8 minutes.We chose the 6 people rather than 4, which was a good move. Product is well made and great fun. We've used it every day and my son (17yrs) and his mates love it. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

We are really happy with this, so far.I wish I had read the following comments (or paid more attention, more likely) at the time of ordering! ....NB Our tub-box didn't some with a starter kit. This is a 100% essential. We ordered it at the same time but it arrive 24 hours after the tub.[1] Make sure you order the Starter Kit, so it is with you 24hrs before or definitely at the same time as the tub arrives.[2] Also our electrics are OK, but they have tripped out twice after having the bubbles and the heater 'on' for more than c.2 hrs. We just re-set and it all worked again. So - before the tub arrives - make sure you have a strong+safe minimum 13amp supply and the thickest extension cable possible.Only slight criticism - the heater has a red light built into the button - and this comes on when the tub is heating up (green light means it is holding the water temp steady at the guide temp you set). But in bright sunlight it is really (really) difficult - impossible - to see the red light. We just left it alone and checked the temp was climbing and then when it was dark said: Ohh, there is a red light and yippee its 36 degrees.

Shopped around reviews and finally settled on a square one. Easy to set up. Neat look as it hides the motor part and with one touch it inflates! Add water (4hours from a hose), add chlorine (buy the cleaning starter pack), next day you’re ready to go.Also buy the ‘bladder’ inflatable which keeps the heat in when you cover up. Simply awesome and my family love it.The glowing light is a little waterproof speaker you can buy to make the night time chilling more atmospheric.

I don’t think the heating system is adequate at all, heats to 40 degrees when cover is on but as soon as covers off the air seems to cook the water quicker than the heater can warm it up, used twice and got out after an hour once heat dropped down to 34 degrees

Technical support from MSpa is absolutely appalling, my hot tub worked for only a month then stopped working I bought it in August and it stopped working in September. Customer service is virtually nil I have been constantly ringing and emailing no reply. I am gutted what a waste of money.
