5 MPH Max
The description says "Up to 15.5 MPH", the app, only allowed me to set 9 MPH as the maximum. I was unable to get it to go over 5 MPH (that's almost walking speed) unless downhill, in which case it went faster if I did not accelerate. I don't know if I got a defective unit, but the app clearly does not let you set the speed above 9MPH. Also, the app you need for this has a 1.9 start rating. They must have worked hard to get that low of a rating.Also, there is no way to contact support that I can tell as the number on the site (which is just a regular Chinese number) does not even ring. If they respond here, maybe I'll update.

Battery not what it says.
I’ve put about 45 miles on mine so far. Everything has been great, except I haven’t gotten more that 9-10 miles out of the battery so far. Definitely not close to the 20 miles advertised.

Doesn’t work
I purchased 4 scooters for Christmas. One has never worked. It’s continuously beeps as if it is in the locked mode. We have tried to unlock it with the App but it doesn’t work. I email the provided email several times without a response. Please help.

It worked for a month
This might be an okay product if you live in a completely flat area. The battery runs low very quickly going uphill, even in small inclines. Often you’ll have to push it up a small hill.In my case, the scooter stopped working completely after 1 month. I do not recommend it at all.

Will not go up a slightly graded hill
Motor Label clearly states 36 Volt 250 Watt Motor not 500 Watt as advertised.Slight Graded Hill, failed, My wife has the Kugoo 350 Watt Motor one and she blew right by me. Embarrassing. So sad, I really liked this scooter, it looks great and has great features except the motor, it is way too weak for an adults at 250 Watts, frame is too large for childrenReturning it.
