Is it compatible with M1 chipset mac air 2020

Hey there! I use this "Mini DisplayPort connector to USB-C" adaptor on a new 2022 MacBook Pro 16" M1 Max chip bought in the UAE, in order to connect this new Mac to a legacy 2011 Apple LED Cinema Display. It works fine, no problems at all. If you wish to connect these new Macs a to the Apple 2012 Thunderbolt Display, you have to use the official Apple adaptor (google "Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter"). The easy way to check what type of connector your Apple Screen has, just see if there is a thunderbolt logo printed on the connector, if that's the case your screen is a Thunderbolt Display, and you have to use the official Apple adaptor Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2.
