Poor Stitching
I really loved the design and the metal handle, but mine literally fell apart during the unboxing, poor stitching on the strap. Item returned

Mejor compra que he hecho
Excelentes, súper rápido y muy buena calidad mejores accesorios que podrías comprar a tu jeep, de verdad no se comparan con las agarraderas de hule que venden el Mercado

Short wife approved!
I recently bought a new to me 04 lifted TJ. 4.5 inch lift running 33s with no step. My short wife (5-1) needed a hand up so I got these. My TJ has the hard foam around the cage arm with a nylon cover over it. These mounted to them fine. I just pulled them as tight as they would go and they fit snug. They don't move and the handles tuck away as they should. The tail end was a bit long and was going through the handle. This was not an issue on the passenger side as you don't catch it with your fingers. The drivers side though I would regularly catch a finger on it. It didn't hurt or loosen them but I didn't like it. I found if I just gave the end I little pinch on the last part of the Velcro the pinch keeps it in place and shortens the strap just enough to stop at the end of the Velcro. It's not even noticable.I saw a tall person mention hitting their head on them and while I (6 to 6.1 in most shoes) have a couple times while they are in the down position but it doesn't hurt or really bother me at all so I'm leaving one on each side. I find it handy at times as well.I think they look great and they do seem really sturdy. I also like the hidden pocket, though I haven't hidden anything they're yet.The pic shows what I mean by pinch.

Why did they tell us?
Literally just put these on our 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU. First off, the flap fold them all in (don't know why they're even there) and now you can have all the large logos face the correct way (facing out). If you don't you'll end up with all facing the same way and that's just wrong. Second, you can install them with the top still on. Just start one side then, don't secure it all the way, you can tighten the other side, come back and tighten the first strap. Third, make it where the handle flips towards the door. That way if they're flipped up you can flip them down from outside the vehicle, or youll have to reach all the way in and try to flip them from there... Forth, keep them flipped up when you tighten them down... Fifth, make it to where the strap adjustment points outside the vehicle. It's easier and trying to adjust the strap later and will be awkward from a seating position. Lastly,. They look good! I bought the headrest pair as well and the touch of bare metal look nice! Oh yeah.. when done correctly on the JL you'll have no give when you pull on them.... So I have 0 idea why the direction, pictures or video didn't tell us these things... ?? Great product though...

Great for Jeep Gladiator
I purchased these after I tried a set of cheaper handles. The previous ones used existing screws and screw holes in the roll bars, but the handles hung too low (partially obstructing views) and flopped around, hitting the windows. These are perfect. They look good (with silver aluminum handles), provide a good grip, and can fold out of the way. When folded out of the way, they do not swing down at all until you manually pull it down. Great design. Wish I had used these on my previous JK Wrangler. Quite a bit more expensive than other handles, but I think it is well worth the added price.
