If I had to choose one supplement for the rest of my life, it would be this. I am a woman and I have suffered from high-estrogen symptoms for years, I just didn't know it. Of course I've gotten my hormones tested but those tests are inconclusive inherently. I took a cheaper brand from Amazon and had no effects. Bulletproof is consistently the best quality. I took this supplement and immediately felt my mood lift, energy lift, I just felt super calm and energized. I used to cry all the time, get mood swings (not just around my time of the month, but I do have PMDD), now I am level-headed. I also have had chronic adult acne (I'm 26). This completely cleared my hormonal acne and it hasn't come back. I still have some acne on my cheeks, but it's just one or two spots, whereas I used to have tons of cysts around my mouth.I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who might suspect they have high estrogen. A google search will show you the symptoms, they are pretty broad and I bet many women have one or two. This supplement is a godsend.

Beware!! This product is horrible for people with gut issues. I had no idea that this supplement could cause me such severe gas and pain. Thankfully, I had activated charcoal on hand or would have been messed up for days. I took this product for help with detoxing not realizing it’s horrible side effects.

Bulletproof products are always well-made and of good QA. I like the product.

I have not noticed a great improvement in my health as of now, will probably get when I am due for my yearly check up.
