Skechers Men's Elected Drigo Slip-On Loafer

This is my 3rd pair of these. They are a great value: Very comfortable, and long lasting! I only have bought 3 pairs because I eventually either wear the soles out (not quickly!) or the fabric gets a bit too dirty. YES, they can be thrown in the washer (with some clothes!) and they come out looking great.I don't use the insoles that they brag about; I have some plantar fasciitis so I use some gel inserts (Dr. Scholl's), so I can't speak to that.

As advertised. Fit is accurate. Very lightweight and comfortable.

I actually like these shoes a lot and the price was about right. I have issues with laced shoes tending to cut off circulation on my right foot mostly when driving and decided to give these a try. I found them to be sort of a modern day Hush Puppy loafer. My only regret (and reason for not giving 5 stars) is that they seem to be a bit large for just walking.Quite tolerable with socks and with a thin insert. I didn't follow my own best advice and order a size 10.5 (usually wear a size 11 ... put too much stock in a couple customer reviews that indicated an 11 for an 11 foot was fine even bare footed. For me, it was not. With socks (which would be my situation 90% of the time), they are perfect driving shoes and OK to walk distance in even though a bit "floppy" and I expect they'll loosen up a tad more post break-in. That all being said, I do think I will like these shoes a lot and will be perfect for the purpose I bought them ... to the extent I'll likely buy another pair (in a 10 1/2) of a different color. They are light weight and seem sturdy, especially around the openings, decent material for casual wear, as well as "tall" enough (particularly in the heel) to properly hug the feet. I have tried other shoes and found all too stiff ... meaning they quickly made it into some bin for donated clothes and shoes! I'd just say that, if you have a fairly normal size/shape foot, like a snug but not too tight fit, and intend to wear these without socks, these will suit your purpose although be careful with the size you order

EDIT: I bought another pair in a larger size. This shoe runs VERY small so go up. The new pair fits well.--------------------------------------------------The worst Relaxed Fit Sketcher I've ever bought.The toe area is perfect. Lots of room, wide, tall and comfy. The problem is the shoe opening. Tight as a drum with a VERY low instep. The ankle opening is insanely small. It's like it's designed for a duck: thin leg and big, wide toe area. There are a couple stitches anchoring the elastic inserts on the sides: that pretty much kills this shoe. I seriously considered cutting them loose.First couple times I put them on my toes went numb. The toe area is perfect but the instep strangled my feet. I have 3 pairs of Sketchers relaxed fit slip-ons in the same size. This pair is NOTHING like the others. Someone took a nice design and, by adding a couple tightening stitches on the sides, totally ruined this shoe. Shoe stretchers don't work well on instep areas. I've tried for 2 weeks and it finally stopped killing my foot circulation. I wear them a couple hours here and there, just at home, in hopes that they'll break in.On the plus side they are attractive. Nice fabric. Otherwise totally horrible. If you need relaxed fit, if you have a high instep, or you don't have an ankle like a chicken, DO NOT BUY

I've found that I hate walking on my hardwood floors, so I ordered these to use as "house shoes". They're super comfortable! The insole is nice and squishy. Not at all memory foam, but comfortable none the less. The shoes are billed as "relaxed fit", but really they just seem like "wide" shoes. The length is good, but everything on the shoe is just a bit too big. Oh well.Also, some clueless people seem to think the color is "off" on their shoes. No... that's the style of the shoe. They're not meant to be nice, clean looking shoes. They're casual shoes, and they fit that bill.
