Does it fry a large quantity of food? No, it fries 1 liter, exactly as is stated on the device description. If you didn't read it that's your fault.Is it constructed of the highest quality parts expertly constructed by master craftsmen? No, it's made of cheap plastic and low quality components probably haphazardly constructed in a Chinese sweat shop by people on the verge suicide. That's what we get for being cheap a**es. It's $19 for a device that should cost at least $40 if you're not expecting it to be cheap you need to adjust your standards.Was I lucky? Maybe, my device worked right off the bat. Reading some of the reviews it's clear that a few people received items that were previously used. Bad form manufacture dude! That get's you 3 stars, at the very least you should test and clean devices before sending them back out to customers!

Sorry, I don't usually give bad reviews, but this was a piece of junk. The first time I used it, the push buttom fell into the cavity. This button is what controls the claps, that hold the lid down. I set it back. I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone.

This is a really nice little deep fryer. Just right for 2 people. It heats up really well and does come with a little fry basket. It does not come with alot of directions is the only thing that I would change on this . I like having one I do not have to heat up 2 gallons of oil and then wonder where to store the oil. It takes right at 1 liter of oil. And I just saved the bottle and reuse it for the fryer later on in the frig.

The unit only reaches a temp of 275°, even after a 30 min pre-heat. What do I do with this thing now? And I dont like that there's only a Celsius table when we're in the U.S.

it's finally cool enough to use this. however, the lid latch refuses to keep the lid closed. BOO HISS, even though it's been more than ninety days since I purchased this it's been ONE day since I started trying to use this. can anyone help me? please and thank you

Ok so excited to use this last night. Product is small just like I wanted. It takes very little oil. The preheat was fast. I was able to fit 4 mozzarella sticks flat in the bottom of the bask & added a second layer of 4 more. All 8 mozzarella sticks cooked in the same amount of time as my old bigger fryer. Food was hot, crispy & magnificent... Exactly what I was looking for...Great product for one or two people!

It felt oily wheni took it from packing. The writing on the outside is wiping off. I did not notice this till I wiped the inside out and filled it with oil to use. Can not read the cooking info because lettering smudged so bad . I would not recommend this product to anyone. I wish I had not discarded the packaging I would have sent ti back.

Used one time and then lid will not latch shut returned for refund

I actually bought this as a gift for my mom. She loves it! Just the perfect size for one person!
