Mcphee Archie 12669 Seagull Mask

Awesome mask. Understandably, the latex smelled quite a bit (as is the case with every latex mask I have ever bought). Here's a quick fix for permanently getting rid of that smell though. Mix some water and baking soda until it forms a paste. Add in a little scented dish liquid to add a nice smell, and cover the inside of the mask with this paste. Let that sit for 30 minutes, and clean it off by running it under the tap. I did this with mine, and the smell is completely gone now. If it doesn't work for you on the first try, give it one or two more tries and you should definitely get rid of the smell.

Hilarious addition to my daughter' little mermaid "under the sea birthday. Dad wasn't too keen on being king triton so scuttle the seagull worked out great with a his normal dad uniform of jeans and a Tshirt. ;)

This mask is great looking but it smells aweful and is too hot. It won’t last on my head for more than a minute or two. I’m returning it.

I am the bird

It makes for a GREAT gag costume but provides little ventilation, so it can only be worn for a very short time. It gets a quick laugh (or scares a baby like it did my one year old grandson), but then it quickly comes off.

This product is amazing. It's a great gag gift!

Completely awful smell. Couldn't bare to wear it. Also it was huge
