I bought 4. I have had the same experience with all 4. They take 3 hours to charge the first time which was not a big deal. They worked twice then quit charging our iPhones. Bought for my staff.

This works great for charging all of our devices when we are out on the boat or even sitting on the beach! I charge it at night and it will last all day. Great investment!!!

Great product

This product is a great battery pack with a lot of charging power. The only down side would be that this battery pack has a long charging time (8 hours) to charge it fully.

Don't bother if you have a Galaxy S4!!!!

Awful... got this for my phone because I'm going on a road trip to New York and it wouldn't even charge my phone. I have a Galaxy S4 and the thing wouldn't even try to charge it. Used it on a few other things and it work but that's not why I got it. Definitely need to put a disclaimer on the page...
