How many candles per box?

I received 1 candle. Literally 1 candle for almost $35.

where are they made? tks!

They are made in Charleston, S.C. and they are the only candles that I have been using for years. Truly dripless, no scent, elegant.

what is the diameter of the candle at the very bottom?

The portion of the candle that inserts into the candle stick holder is slighlty tapered from 3/4" at the very bottom to 7/8" a little further up.
