It should not be used all the time because it is a clarifying shampoo, meaning it will remove all the product build up from leave in conditioners and daily hair care products. The Cowash by As I am is great for regular washings because it conditions while cleaning. I love this product line. I have natural locs/dreads.

My Go-To Shampoo!I’ve tried a lot of shampoos over the years, but the As I Am Clarity Shampoo is the one I keep coming back to. It cleans my hair so well without leaving it stripped or dry. Smells great, a nice lather, and does just what it says, clarifies without stripping my hair. Will be getting more As I am, and a new bottle when I finish the first. For my medium porosity hair, it still felt moisturized and soft.
