I’m not sure what all the fuss is about with the bad reviews, but it works just fine for the model(s) is says it does. Obviously it’s not an authentic Laz-e-boy product, but it’s the same thing. The authentic product is twice the price if you try and get it from Laz-e-boy. I’m extremely happy with fixing my chair for nearly half the price.

I hesitated to purchase this expensive piece, however, it fit perfectly, was easy for me to install, and has been essential in injury recovery. I figured the cost per day of a 6 week recovery against how tired I was of running to push the Laz-z-boy buttons for my husband's bathroom breaks. It has been worth every penny!

This is a perfect replacement for my lazboy remote. Like other reviews, certain buttons were not working on the original remote that came with the lazboy chair. After doing some research, I realized that it might be the remote itself and not something with the chair. After connecting this new remote, it works just fine now. It came on time. Reasonably priced, I guess. Better than spending $400-$700 on a new chair.It also arrived quickly. And despite what other reviews say, this looks exactly like the remote that was on my chair. The only difference is that it does not have the lazboy name/logo on the remote.

The fit was spot-on and it works just like the original. It’s too expensive for a wired remote but La-Z-boy charges nearly double and I couldn’t find any substitute.

It worked perfectly/instantly... was concerned original pins didn't look quite the same as pictured pins... (e.g., gold tint to pin holes vs. black'ish tint)... regardless... it worked... super pleased. Also chose not to run the cord back up through the chair... just using it off to the side/holstered over the top of the arm...

Lazy Boy chair stopped working so I took a chance and ordered a replacement controller, I was amazed on how easy to change and solved the problem. Maybe a little pricey but cheaper than a new chair!

Our lazy boy power recliner went on the blink after daily use for over 7 years. The chair is in excellent condition except for the reclining issue which intermittently got worse over a period of a week or two. I googled the problem and really wasn’t sure how to fix it. I plugged and unplugged the various wiring with no improvement. I made an appointment with LazyBoy, but due to COVID the appointment was scheduled for a few months out. Took a chance on this product hoping it was just a remote issue and sure enough that was the problem. Unplugged the original remote, plugged in the new one and the reclining issue was resolved! My husband and I were thrilled to have our chair back.
