Fits my head and neck perfectly. I turn it upside down to get more cooling up on my lower head. Provides good cooling. The only slight negative is how long it stays cold. However, this is common to all soft cooling pads.

I bought this to help with neck pain while I wait for an upcoming neck surgery. I needed an ice pack that would full cover the sides of the neck near the jugular area. It comes with a ziplock plastic bag to help prevent freezer burn, but I wish it came with a more durable fabric bag like other ice packs I've tried. I'm not sure how long the cheap plastic bag will hold up. I'm 5'0" tall so it was able to full wrap around my neck with good coverage. It's much easier to use than trying to balance a normal ice pack on my neck. There are large velcro pieces at the front to secure and adjust it, but these can be quite itchy and uncomfortable if you don't adjust them carefully. The ice pack itself is a semi-solid gel covered in a material that feels like a scuba suit. This gel pack works wonderful. It is soft and comfortable. I am a paraplegic and I have a lot of pain on both my shoulders and neck. It really helps with the pain

As I type this I am wearing the wrap. The gel is pliable right out of the freezer thus laying along the contours of my neck. Without doubt 5 stars. As to what could be better? The ability to choose a larger size to lay along entire top of shoulders and further down one’s back.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Flexible and conforms well. Very comfortable. Simply not cold enough, or cold long enough, if you have muscular injuries or require genuine cold.

Great product, just put in freezer to chill and wrap it around your neck. It's comfortable and so easy to use.

I purchased this for my brother (5’6 / 150 lbs) who recently underwent a neck fusion and this has worked wonders in relieving pain and discomfort. We find it to be excellent value for money, durable and the medium was a perfect fit.
