The media could not be loaded. I purchased this toaster almost a year ago in July. I’m not sure if it came this way but we noticed that the left side wouldn’t stay down, the element worked but the hinge or something wasn’t locking. So I contacted their customer service and explained what the issue was and they immediately said okay sounds like and issue and we will get a replacement sent out asap. I have dealt with warranty issues with many companies and it can be a hassle and they don’t want to replace or fix the issues a lot of the time. Not Redmond, they were quick to respond and fix the problem.Now let’s get to the toaster. I got the white color 4 slice toaster. You def have to get use to the settings but the Manuel explains how long each setting is, which is not by minutes so 1 is not 1 min like other toasters. But not an issue. We figured out the setting for us, between 2-3 is just perfect. The bagel setting only heats one side, which is nice if you like to only have the cut side toasted. It heats up quickly and easy to clean. I wanted one that would blend with my backsplash and it’s perfect. I was worried at first bc a few of the reviews state that they get burned toast all the time and the settings are always diff from one piece of toast to the next. I think that’s bc the elements get so hot quickly. I always put it on the lowest setting first to see esp if I have been using it over and over.Anyway I found the company to be great and the toaster to be just what I needed. I haven’t gotten the replacement yet so I’ll update if any issues arise. But if your looking for a toaster and not sure about this one. Get it and if you hate it you can always return it. But I love mine.

We love this thing, keep one side set for toast and other side for bagels.

We have used this for about a year, and it has just amazed us in all of the was. The settings were super easy to figure out, and it was so cute to have on your counter top!

The media could not be loaded. This toaster is the best! I love the four slots as well as the different setting for each side. You can use settings to get different levels of heat and time roasting.The buttons are functional and it is accurate roasting settings.

Update - I was sent a replacement and it works great (and did I mention how great it looks!!) Their customer service was impressive! Happy customer :). The only suggestion I had was that they have an actual "TOAST" setting on the toaster.It looks awesome, but it doesn’t work worth a flip. Reheat, bagel … but be prepared to go through at least 2 high cycles and THEN have to take out and turn around to “toast” the other side of waffle or toast. I purchased this when we were planning for large family visit a d wanted to have a toaster ready for toast/waffles. I never used it and when I finally did a few weeks later it was too late to return. Like I said, it looks great but a total flop as a toaster.

Update: after posting my initial review, the seller reached out to me to resolve the problem and sent us a brand new toaster free of charge! This is excellent customer service, and I would like to report that the new toaster is working as expected… This is a fantastic device! A+ rating on customer service, A+ rating on responsiveness, and an A+ rating overall experience !5 stars!Former review: We've only used this a few times (looks great and all that) but we've burnt everything we've put in it unless we hit the cancel button! Do the 1-6 settings dial even work? So far even a 2 burns the the toast. It appears to be that the dials DO NOT WORK. Has anyone else experienced this or is it possible we received one with a defect?

This is the best toaster I have ever purchased. It has four buttons to control operation. I like the reheat button when I have toast that has already cooled down.The shade control knob is not continuous but has plenty of stops. I have to bend down to read this knob, but it does stay where I set it. I am able to set the shade exactly where I like it.The wattage is not as high as some other toasters, but that actually makes the toast better because the heat has longer to penetrate into the bread.

This retro toaster comes with a good looking. Even though it is retro style, it looks awesome in my kitchen with other smart appliances, especially its rounded corners and buttons. The front side looks decent so I didn’t get any trouble when using it. Compared with other toasters with screens, I guess this toaster is much more durable. These 4 functions on the panel are what I mostly used in daily life. Bread could be evenly toasted with this toaster. I did try different levels, and it turned out to be pretty much similar to what it showed in the pictures. I haven’t got burned by the steel yet since bread can be lifted higher on this toaster. Pretty thoughtful design! Anyway, still look forward to more surprises brought by this cute toaster.
