Q: Isnt there any way to duspense this pressurized can into the fuel rail without having to buy a $150 canister?? Im confused

You need to have the tool. I know with seafoam you can put it in the vaccum line for the brake booster and feed it into the manifold that way. I have never heard of anyone doing this with this brand. I took a nail and hammer tapped lightly to make a hole and there was some pressure that came out. I then poured it into a sur&r fuel injection cleaning tool.

Q: How does this differ from the otc and ac delco brand cleaners that go in the container? does this need to soak a little after putting thru fuel rail?

No make sure you clamp return line to tank ,so chemtool just set. In fuel line , for 10 min . Then start up motor and let it run intell it stop running. But make sure you pull out you fuel pump fuse , before you start the car.

Q: How many injectors can I clean with one can?

None if you don't have the special adapter to use to spray through your injectors, otherwise, it should clean many
