Great price and works as expected. Install and setup takes a few minutes extra due to annoying issues, but you only have to do this once. If you lost the very small piece of paper for install, here goes:Setup:1. Push and hold 2 and 8 at the same time until display blinks twice.2. Push 3 or 4 on the keypad to set the model. Note: instructions say 4, lots of people say 3 works; I'm not actually sure which one worked for me.3. Set a pin according to the instructions in the lid (using the learn button on the garage unit).4. TestInstall:1. You'll need to drill a hole in the battery compartment to properly secure it. Drill it 1/4" above the bottom. Why not at the very bottom? Because if you're replacing an existing OEM unit the holes will not match and you'll need some distance so the holes don't overlap or else the screw won't set.2. Slide the upper mount over the existing screw (if replacing) or a new screw and slide down.3. Drill hole into wood through the hole you made in step 1.4. Install screw. Make sure it's a small screwhead as otherwise the battery compartment lid will not close.

After setting it up my remote no longer worked so I had to program the remote again, then the keypad again and they both work now. However, I still have not mounted it since I can't figure how to remove the old keypad. I suppose I could just mount the new keypad in a different place. But after the ease of programming both devices, I didn't want to deal with doing physical construction.

I have the exact same opener and wall pad shown in their 1 minute programming video. I did exactly what it said. The device would not pair. I contacted customer service. They just seemed to want to be done with it and issue a refund. So for an hour of my time I got nothing. Their support is absolutely terrible. I'm not asking for somebody to personally walk me through it; but online resources to read would be nice. Apparently there are different models (877max, 877LM, 376LM, 377LM, 977LM), some of which require a code to tell them what type of door opener you have. But there is nothing on the device or the packaging to tell you what you got, and there's a little slip of paper that indicates you should program the model. But when I talked to customer service they said it came pre-programmed. And then they asked me to push # and * until it "quit flashing". It was never flashing, so... ? Basically, I guess most people get lucky and it works like it's supposed to. But if you're not lucky, getting any information or help from this company is futile.

Works great and saves a trip inside the house to open the garage.I have two garage doors. One for parking the two cars and a single for storing motorcycles and lawn tools. After installing this for the double door I was ready to purchase another for the single car door. But I did some research and although they do not say so explicitly I read some some literature that led me to believe that it will control a second door. So I gave it a try. Followed the same setup instructions, used a different code and sure enough it will operate the second door. Update: last week I noticed that one of the garage doors was open althought i thought it should be closed. Today I opened the door using this keypad. About an hour I heard the garage door close by itself. Im not saying this is the cause but I am suspicious. Im gonna dis engage the mechanism whenever im going vacation

Works fine but communication seems delayed where I have to hold the “enter” button down a bit until the door responds. Also, the cover is pretty light-weight, the hinge seems fragile, not sure how long the cover will last. Looks nice - the black color was key….

I had a garage door opener installed in my San Francisco home. I now live in Central WI and the previous owner did not install one. Today, I installed this Garage Door Keypad. I love it and makes it so easy to access my home should I lose my door keys or my garage door opener. The programming is very easy to follow. Excellent product.
