worried about it being small? dont cause theres more serving sizes than the natural healthy toothpaste youll find in local big box stores. about 700 serving sizes in one jar. this lasted me at least 70 days and thats coming from someone with multiple cavity's, brush at least 3x a day, use one serving for brushing and one serving for flossing. i use a scoop but i scrape excess, less than a pea size. its packed with powerful essential oils and alkaline stuff that really gets rid of the problematic acids. if you rinse your mouth well before with water and make sure you get the toothpaste all around the teeth you can effectively clean. too much is not good, sterilizing your whole body is not the goal that would harm your good bacteria counts. (medical medium recommends this brand, highly suggest using his information for a extra tool healing) can irritate lungs if the essential oils are breathed in so i suggest breathing in fresh air and holding breath while brushing. dont need to have the window open just be aware theres fumes. i suggest sealing it in a plastic bag in the bathroom too.when i first used it i felt my teeth getting stronger and i was exited to keep using it cause i felt it upgrading the health of my teeth then after a few days i was so not used to it feeling so healthy. eventually i got used to the feeling and i have less pain flossing. teeth are whiter for sure.
