What is the return policy? How long is the warranty?

Mine stoped printing well weeks later cause an engine failure and they replace it with no problem great customer service, prob warranty is a year

Yes but the account can be set to private. You don’t have to share anything or make it visible to anyone else.

Is this compatible with galaxy Note 9?

Great question! While it's not on our official compatibility list- we can confirm that many of our customers use this model of phone. It's very similar to the Galaxy S 9 which is on the list. We always invite prospective Android users to download the free app to test before buying the printer. If the app doesn't crash or freeze, you should be good to go. The printer itself is largely universal, as it only prints photos. However it does require a bluetooth connection to a smartphone compatible with the app. All printer functions are controlled through the app.

When the print finishes. How to refill?

Sorry it’s an Xmas gift so haven’t opened yet, but I think you just by refill paper. Add the refill sheets and you are good to go

You won't be disappointed

This little printer was an xmas gift for my 17 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The picture quality is better than reviews I read. You can adjust color and clarity so her pictures are excellent. Pic tend to be a bit dark but this can be corrected and avoided. Get the film from lifeprint website. They are aprox $1 each. 3x4.5 pix. Are perfect. There is nothing negative about negative to say about this printer

Print quality not good

I wanted this device for scrap booking. Thought it would be a lot easier than downloading my pictures from my phone to laptop onto a thumb drive and going to the store. I was excited to get this next day, took a little bit to figure out the set up but once that was figured out I printed off three pictures hoping that the quality would get better. No luck. I'm using this for scrap booking, I don't want the pictures in my scrap book looking this. I attached the three pictures. I did not see any reviews on the the quality of the picture so I want to give others a heads up.
