Latch broke within days of installation
Installed fine and a few days later the latch had broken apart. I would return it, but it is already installed in our boat and we are cruising and moving too fast to be able to wait for a replacement. We will use it wi out the latch and hope for the best.

Unfortunately I had to send mine backBecause of the placement of the door hinges and no fault of the sellers!That's what happens when you have an older boat sometimes!Otherwise it is heavy duty and made well!

Nice hatch, but slightly smaller than advertised.
Nice hatch, strong and clean, but slightly smaller than advertised. Just small enough that I couldn't use to replace my existing hatch. Had to go with a different one, unfortunately.Would be perfect in a new install, or if making a bigger opening.

Smaller than advertised dimensions
Doesn't match dimensions online or on the box. Good hatch, solidly built, timely shipped, but smaller than the listed dimensions. Have to send mine back as it doesn't fit the hole it's replacing.
