My milk flow needed help I ordered this tea and it helped a lot with my flow this is great especially since formula is so hard to find right now

Tea is ok but did not work for me
Personally nothing wrong with the flavor of the tea but it did nothing for me. I recently read that fenugreek sometimes does not help with lactation and unfortunately I am one of those women. Good thing I only had a pack of 2 or else it would have been a waste to drink multiple packs of this tea. Ladies I'd recommend buying one to test it out if your interested to see if it works before buying more.
