Daniel Tiger's Neighbourhood is an American interactive animated children's television series produced by The Fred Rogers Company, 9 Story Entertainment, Out of the Blue Enterprises and Curious Pictures. It debuted on most PBS stations on September 3, 2012. The program is based on the Neighbourhood of Make-Believe from Mister Rogers' Neighbourhood. This adorable Katerina Kittycat dress has puff cap sleeves, mock belt and a detachable tail. Comes with a pair of fingerless glovettes and a soft character headpiece that will make your child look just like Katerina Kittycat.

Cheaply made, didn't last 24 hours
The costume is cute, but extremely poorly made. We bought it yesterday and it tore when my daughter put it on today. The Velcro is also pretty weak, so the tail keeps falling off and the hood doesn't stay put. The house is covered in the glitter from the skirt and the skirt is now virtually glitter-free. This would only work with an extremely docile child that won't be running around/moving in the costume at all. We are returning it but an exchange won't get here in time, so we have a very disappointed Katerina Kittycat on our hands, trying to decide what else to be for Halloween.

Cheaply made but cute.
I got this for Halloween for my two year old. I got it about a month early so she could play dress up with it before the holiday. It is very cute and she loves it, but it’s only been about 3 weeks and it’s already ripping at the seams. She’s not that rough with it either...so it’s pretty cheaply made. I supposed paying what I did was worth it, because she loves it, but I’m going to have to have someone repair it already!

Poorly made
Although the costume is cute, it was NOT well made. The sleeves, collar, and bottom portion of the dress came apart with very little wear because the stitching was done so closely to the edge of the fabric. In addition, the costume was covered in glitter that had been poured on the costume without any adhesive to make it stick. Thus, it was impossible to handle the costume without getting glitter everywhere.

Cute but poor material choice
This costume is so adorable and we were so excited for it to come, but when it got here we realized that the dress is not well made at all. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased it because everyone is saying the same thing. If you gently tug on the dress near the seams it just pulls apart. The material literally shreds. I'm going to have to return this. We're bummed.

Poor quality, inaccurate fabric info
Material does not depict what is written online. Cheaply made and the bottom ripped while my daughter was just trying it on.
