Purchased for a European trip - I selected this one because of the integrated USB, good reviews, and the cable design.Trying to fit an adapter into a wall socket when it has a transformer in the plug just leads to issues - they always fall out.This is a nice design since it can sit on a desk with the cord plugged into the outlet.It was able to charge iPad, Kindle x2, and iPhone x2 and Samsung without an issue.It is a little noisy due to the internal fan, but I would rather have a fan than overheating issues any day.Great value! The included slip cover holds the unit, cord, and adapters all together and is a nice touch.

Decent converter block that worked for us in Europe. I take away 1 star because the cable is EU type plug by default. I would rather it be a US type plug and have an EU adapter for it. The fan was a bit noisy and you can tell it's a cheap fan. I didn't trust it to down step the voltage so I never plugged my phone directly into the usb ports, I just used my phone charger with it's adapter plug. Main purpose for this was to act as a power strip to allow more plugs for my devices.

Haven't used this yet. For an England / UK trip in a few weeks. Looks good, solid build, multiple plugs, good length extension cord, and a carry bag. Construction seems like it will hold up. Nice to have multiple plugs, as well as 4 USB plugs. Will raise the review level after the trip if warranted.After the trip - item worked great and charged everything with either the plugs or with the USB ports. Yes, there is a bit of noise from the fan. Nothing that was an issue, however. If it gets too noisy, just turn it off for the night and charge in the morning. Not rocket science.

We took this to Europe and used it in Spain and Great Britain. We used both the USB ports and outlets charging as many as 6 devices simultaneously. The converter had no issues charging all of the devices and never had any problems. The only complaint is that the internal fan is a bit loud, you would likely not want it in the room with you while you are sleeping.

I bought this power converter because I travel to Europe and Asian, but not very often. Since I got it back in 2018 I only used it maybe for a total of 3 weeks of combined travel time. Last time I used it was in 2019 before COVID-19 prevented all sorts of travel. I lightly used it during the time I needed it and it was properly stored up until I had to use it again this year, May 2022. After opening it up again, I tested it to see that it still works, and IT DOESN'T POWER ON.Any rational person would ask about warranty and replacement options, and after messaging back and forth with the seller, they state that this product only has an 18 month warranty period, which sounds very convenient for the company to make tons of money selling this item to us only for it to not work after the warranty period is over. I've stated to them that it is in very good condition and was only lightly used, but WHEN THEIR PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK, it's our problem now and THEY TELL ME TO BUY ANOTHER. They even stated to me, "if you still need it, you can purchase a new one."I don't travel often, but when I do I am delicate with my belongings. I put it away in storage neatly and kept it safely from getting any damage. It no longer functions and I, as a customer, am the one to suffer the consequences. NEVER AGAIN

This is a noisy product! I am using it to power a CPAP machine (smallest travel machine on the market) and charge a phone. The requirements are minimal and the fan noise is enough to wake the dead. Very disappointed, would not recommend, especially in small European hotel rooms.

On a trip in Germany, France and a bit of Luxemburg and this is working very well. I charge most USB devices using the USB ports and my wife uses the US AC ports for her curling iron. I did notice that my Samsung 8+ phone charges faster using the charger included with the phone rather than the built in USB ports in this device but I could charge using them. Really glad I got this.
