This NEXGADGET Action Cam, DISCOVER-650 supports up to 1080P recording resolution at 30 FPS or 720P at 60FPS. In picture mode, it's able to take pictures up to 12MP. The size is really compact at 2"x2"x1" (2"x2"x1.5" including the protruding lens portion) and can be comfortably hold with one hand.The package includes NEXGADGET Action Cam, DISCOVER-650 with waterproof case, various accessories, user manual, and TWO batteries. The capacity of each battery is 1000mah and support around 1.5 hour recording time on 1080P/30FPS. A 5V charger is included and the charging time is about 3 hours. The camera itself has just 3 buttons on the unit - ON/OFF and Record/UP on top, and DOWN button on the front side of the camera. There are microUSB, HDMI, and memory card slot on the side (memory card is NOT included in the package). The screen on the back is 2" and can be used to check viewfinder or configure the camera. The waterproof case works well for water sports and the standard 3-prong adapter on bottom makes the camera easy to connect to most GOPRO accessories.This is a fairly basic action camera and good for people who want to start trying this type of camera because the price is much more friendly. It support only up to 1080P at 30FPS so if you want to use it for HD slow motion video, this might not be able to do it (720P at 60FPS is capable of making slow motion video at half speed if you don't mind the lower resolution). However, the limited recording quality does makes battery life much better comparing to most "4K" action cameras on market which can only record roughly 20-30 mins in 4K and 30FP is good enough for most daily activities. The camera is easy to operate, long press the ON/OFF button to turn ON/OFF the device and short press the button to switch modes - Video recording/Photo capture/Playback/Setting modes. The recording button is used for record/stop and also UP in setting menu. The front button serves as DOWN when I'm in setting menu.Do Note that this action camera doesn't have WIFI and no companion app on smartphone because there is a on-board 2" screen to display all necessary information and change setting. Everything can be done locally on the device itself except wireless transfer files from camera to smartphone (this can still be done wired by connecting the camera or the memory card to a PC).

I was so excited to use this on my first backpacking trip! I got amazing underwater video and mountain photos. Easy to use (once you figured it out, it came with no technical instructions) and so many accessories! The camera is tough, the waterproof case is thoroughly sealed. I was thrilled.Until it fell down the side of the mountain because the clip it came with to put on my backpack strap just feel apart. I stood there watching it just tumble away. My photos gone and now I only have the array of beautiful accessories left.

The media could not be loaded.  If you want an inexpensive, small "action camera", then this might fit the bill for you. The video quality is good (1080p) and it's easy enough to use. There is an "anti-shaking" option that I turned on, but the video was still shaky and bouncy. Also, the built in mic is kind of muffled and there is no input for an external mic. The quality is good but not great and it makes a decent option instead of a more expensive action camera. Please see my video for examples.

I still can't figure out how to use it. I had my brother check it out as he usually can easily put things together, etc. Nope.

The camera looks good, has many accessories, but it doesnt work unfortunately. The camera I got powers on only when no microSD card is inserted. If I put a microSD inside, any size, the cam will not start.I contacted the seller, waited 3 days, no reply. Item returned.

For the price you can not go wrong,I am very happy it came with all the ass I have not had one problem ,it is a good product and yes I would buy this again ,you can even use all your go pro ass with it .the go pro camera is worth about 500 ,it is way over priced this camera cost me 50 with everything

This particular model does not have WiFi, so you cannot sync wirelessly with a phone app. I’d read some of the questions, and it alludes to the fact that you could. Also, sound quality is poor when in waterproof case. Photo and video quality are good for the price.
