Lowered my BP!
My BP has consistently been lower since taking these gummies daily. Took a couple of months to see it. Got excellent results in my recent vascular test. Plus they taste like candy, so easy habit to maintain.

Effective At a Cost
Flavor is reasonably good and consistency is very good. My BP is more stable after 8 weeks of use. I bounced between slightly high to slightly below normal prior to use. Now stays 100teens over mid 70s. Cost is a bit high. Don't notice an increase in energy.

The taste of the sugar free version is much more earthy. Not a fan. The regular version is much better tasting in my opinion.
