Nice gel cushion, makes every step so comfortable, no more uncomfortable rubbing the back of the heels, no more blisters, stays in place with the adhesive backing, just plain comfort, thanks much.

Impossible for me to keep these in place.
These silicone heel protectors seem very nice, soft and cushy. I intended to use these to help heal cracked and sore heals but no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't keep them in place.Put them on under socks? Nope. You'd have to be a magician and use duct tape.Go to bed with just these on your feet? Nope. Mine stayed in place for about 15 seconds.If your familiar with silicone rubber you know it is just about the softest rubber but also the "stickiest".To make these work, the manufacturer should consider a knitted cloth outer layer to eliminate the sticky issue. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did, but be aware these things are frustrating to use.

Waste of money.
This item is made of a smooth plastic material. It does not adhere well and allows the shoe to “slip” from the heel. Needed something to keep foot from slipping out of shoe but this definitely did not do it.

Love these
I have several pairs of shoes that are just a bit too big and they rub my heels as I walk. These heel grips have saved the day. They are easy to attach to the shoe and super comfortable. They prevent the rubbing and keep me blister-free all day. I love that they come in a large package so you have plenty for multiple pairs of shoes. And the nude and black colors match anything. I highly recommend these heel grips for anyone who wears shoes that may rub and cause blisters. They really do help!

Nice but won't stick
It would be perfect if it would stick. The bottom sticks to the shoe no problem. But it will NOT stick to the back where your heel is. Disappointing because it's exactly want I needed for my running shoes.

Helps a lot

These do the job especially if you get plantar pains. The cushions are not clouds but they take the pressure off in the spot that needs it. It’s a great product for the inexpensive price in my opinion.

Shoe inserts.
Sorry but i couldnt use as they made my footwear expand a little at the sides.

It was awkward to place these in shoes and made no difference whatsoever to the fit disappointed and wouldn't buy them again
