Let me take you on a journey, my friend
So I just moved in with my boyfriend and let me tell you, what I was worried about most was the closet. I’m a very organized person, watch Marie Kondo, all that good stuff, but my god, downsizing your closet space is truly stressful. Especially trying to figure out what to do with my shoes. I had some of those hanging shoe racks, but they would always collapse under the sheer heft of my footwear. Whilst browsing Amazon late one night, I stumbled upon this product. I compared against many others, read reviews, truly did my due diligence - even going so far as to measure the size of 3 pairs of my shoes across, and what would fit into my space. I used an ACTUAL tape measure instead of just eyeballing it. I really put a good 5, maybe 10 minutes in before deciding on this one. I waited in eager anticipation all week for it to get delivered (even though it’s Prime, it didn’t ship out for several days. My patience has been ruined since the luxury of 2 day shipping graced my life.) I was supposed to get it on Saturday, but, to my gleeful surprise, it was delivered on Friday, which was my half day at work. When I say that I was excited about my Friday night, whoa, baby, that doesn’t even BEGIN to describe my elation. So I get down to business, first opening the box, which was much smaller and lighter than I anticipated. Turns out, the shelves are a nylon/cloth and not a solid, like, plastic that I had anticipated. As you can see, my intensive research was unfortunately, lacking with regards to that detail. The instructions were helpful in the sense that they were not at all helpful. I love putting together furniture, so I got to work anyway, and the assembly was pretty easy. One of the shelves looked like it had been burned, or maybe melted? But I thought I could easily hide that towards the back or higher up. We all have some ugly bits that we hide, who am I to judge this shelf for needing to do the same? Now here’s the kicker: I was missing one of those nylon shelves. I looked everywhere. I had all of the other pieces, but not that damn shelf! So I began the process of seeing if I could have that piece sent to me, since the whole thing was already constructed and my shoes were READY for their new home. I used the chat function with a very nice representative, Veenit. Unfortunately they can’t send just that piece because it’s an outside company, but I could do a return, get a refund, and buy it again. However, being the instant-gratification fiend I am, I was hesitant. Veenit did finally convince me by letting me know UPS could just pick it up at my door, and I didn’t even have to print a label. Thank the Lord, because my printer is out of ink, and let’s be real, if I have to drive somewhere out of my way and interact with someone (even before the pandemic) it most likely isn’t going to happen. I started to organize my shoes on the shelf to give myself an idea of what it would be like when the new one got to me, and then it hit me like a 16-wheeler. If I took the bottom shelf and used it on the top, I would still be down a shelf, but I would have room for some of my taller boots. I have cancelled my return, but still appreciate all Veenit has done for me. Good luck with your orders, friends. It is truly a roller coaster of emotions.

Missing parts
Missing two shelves. Nobody is responding. It took forever to build it and get to the point we realized two of the fabric shelves were missing. Too much effort to deconstruct to send back for a box with all the parts. Very disappointed with the quality

Light, sturdy Shoe Storage - Does the job
Very light and sturdy shoe rack. Not hard to assemble once you get the hang of it. Instructions provided on the slip of paper are a joke! My pic shows an almost full rack, but these are size fifteen big boys, folks! Definitely worth the modest price if needed. I want to add some assembly instructions later to help future buyers. Here is my take on Assembly Instructions:OppsDecor Oanon 10 Tiers Shoe Rack Assembly( Use caution handling sharp tube ends. )1. Lay fabric out flat, shiny side up and slide 2 longest tubes (A) evenly into each side opening.2. Take 4 plastic corner pieces (D) and lay out in retangle shape with short tube opening pointing up and 2 long tube openings in a right angle config, like 4 corners of picture frame.3. Insert end tubes (B) into two of the white plastic corner pieces, forming the end frames. Do this for both ends.4. Now insert the ends of the 2 long tubes (A) in the fabric sleeves into the remaining tube openings to form the rectangle front & back. This will complete a shelf.5. Now insert 4 short tubes (C) into remaining 4 tube openings, pointing up. Make sure all tubes are inserted fully. This completes one shelf assy.6. Repeat procedure above for next shelf. and insert 4 upright tubes of first shelf into short openings of 2nd shelf plastic corner pieces. Continue until complete.7. You can mount 4 short tubes ( with caps on ) as feet on bottom shelf (room for slippers underneath), or add on top to complete look.

Exactly as described.
The product was exactly as described. Not sure if it was easy to put together...I taped a $10 bill to the box and when I got home from work it was assembled and the $ gone...thanks kids!

Simple Shoe Rack
What I was ultimately looking for was a shoe rack that was tall and easy to disassemble. This was that product! It’s fits a about two pair of shoes per insert, I have Size 8.5 and 9 size and none of them stick out of the inserts.Things to consider: high tops fit perfect but boots like Docs and Timbs won’t fit unless placed on their side. The mental rods are pretty thin and mailable so use caution when assembling and disassembling.

Takes a little work to put together, but worth it.
I'm really happy with this purchase. SIZING: I'm able to keep 3 pr. women's (US) size 7 shoes per shelf. I put one of each pair in backwards for snug fit, but you wouldn't have to. The spaces are tall enough for ankle boots. STURDINESS: I was concerned it might not be sturdy, but it is, once it's all put together--even on a rug. The shelf "fabric" (vinyl?) is light wt. but doesn't rip or stretch out (so far--I've had it about a year). ASSEMBLY: The connector pieces take a bit of force to get them in. I wouldn't recommend it for someone with arthritic hands. I had to put each one against the floor and push down on it with my body weight--but it worked, and it keeps it sturdy. The instructions weren't 100% clear, so if you aren't good with spatial puzzles, get a friend to help. OVERALL: It makes me happy to take the chaotic pile of shoes and turn it into organized, easy to find neatness, and this was just the right thing for the job.

Good but not the best in this price range.
The product looks sturdy but doesn't come with a clear instructions guide on how to assemble. The cover which is provided is not as the one shown in the picture. There is no zip and the overall fitting is not as I thought.Overall good but not the best.
