My kid loves it
I like the item it came fast, the only concern is that the safety net around it came broken with a hole in one of the panels of about 5 inches.

Beware!!! Do NOT purchase this item! It's dangerous and the seller does not care!
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughters 6 & 2, of course due to the cold winter we just put it up this week. I am one that never complains and fully understand that it had a 90 day warranty, but under the circumstances I am positive that everyone would agree with me that sometimes wrongs need to be rectified even if it's a little late. We put this up and literally the 2nd day the entire side bent down/collapsed and my Granddaughter fell off, hit her head on the chair used to climb on it and got hurt. I've owned 6 trampolines in my life, for I have 2 daughters and purchased them new ones through the years and never did I see something like this occur! All around it looks cheap, which i immediately noticed, from the blue spring cover that looks and feels like tras bag material, the thin frail net, strap at the entrance of the net which is dangerous as well, to the "metal" pole surround bending like aluminum foil this trampoline is the most pathetic and cheaply made item I've ever seen! The abhorrent part is that the supplier is ok knowing these are generally purchased for children and they are death traps! My granddaughter got hurt, the next child or person in general could break their neck and to this they replied " your 90 days is up, you will get no refund, replacement parts or full replacement ". I'm livid that they are ok with this! If it were my product I would be horrified and do anything to rectify the situation, whether I put it up in December or March the trampoline is faulty and dangerous and their customers getting hurt should be priority over a few days out of warranty!

So much fun!
This took about an hour to put together and overall wasn’t too complicated. You do need to make sure the holes on the legs are pointing out which the directions do not tell you. This was a birthday gift for my 2 year old and he absolutely loves it and asks to play on it all day every day.

Love it
Easy to put together, has all tools there in the box, was super fun for kids to help (I can't do much) put together and they learned how to put the trampoline together and to read directions. So in conclusion simple to read, easy to put together, and kids have fun jumping on it!

Confusing instructions
There were several parts it came with that were not even mentioned in the instructions. The ladder assembly wasn’t in the instructions at all and we have random parts leftover that we don’t know where they were supposed to go.The kids love it though and have been playing on it nonstop. Just makes me nervous that one of those parts were important.
