I love how strong it is, but...I think the length of the cutting blade should be longer. You don’t get much of a cutting blade because the tip is about two inches. I find that my food slides around too much. Though it is a solid sturdy strong product.

These cut thru bone and meat like butter (slight exaggeration, maybe). Skin? Not as good as meat and bone, but it gets the job done nicely. I bought these for spatchcocking chicken amd turkey and I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone strong enough to do it.

I use these shears to cut poultry and it works just fine. After three years use the spring broke. Does anyone know how to get a replacement spring?.. If I could get a replacement spring this product would be five stars, without one useless.

I wanted some shears for cutting pork and chicken. I have a hard time just going through the meat. It will not go through bone and is worthless for dressing a bird.
