Love this supplement. It’s chewable, tastes great and helps our family get their B vitamin I take.When you take lots of supplements, sometimes it’s helpful to switch it up, because swallowing pills gets old. These are rather enjoyable as well as effective.

The brand was recommended by my internist. Rather than another pill to swallow, these tablets melt in your mouth with a pleasant citrus taste. Best of all, in my first physical after starting the regimen my vitamin B levels had achieved the doctor's recommended target.

Love this product bc it is methylated! Many take B vitamins but do not get the benefit bc their bodies do not absorb the vitamins if they are not methylated . This one made a difference for me.

Best b12 I’ve taken. It’s a methyl sublingual tablet making it much easier to absorb the b12. I had several rounds of 6 week injections. After my last series I began this b12 and have been able to maintain an acceptable blood level.

This product was fine. It came on time. Only situation with it is a little more pricey than my regular source, but I couldn’t get it from them. So it was fine.
