Would this hat fit on a person with a large head without appearing small on their head?

I got the larger of the two. I wear size 58 hats. In US sizes that’s just over 7 1/4, so I usually get 7 1/2. Pretty sure the band would easily go up to 7 3/4, but the “dome” of the hat is pretty form-fitting on my head. I switched from “Outdoor Research” which have a slightly fuller & deeper dome. OR are usually a bit loose on the dome of my head; I prefer this one as it’s firm fitting for me.

It says “night running cap”. Is this hat decently reflective for early morning runs (black version)?

Not a night running cap... It is recommended to use reflective gear on arms and legs as they are moving while your head has not movement at all.
