Too small and the paint stains them from the first use.
Not useful for oil painting.

clear plastic may not look much but they hold the paint, are good for mixing on and easy to wash clean - even after leaving the paint to dry. And they are cheap enough.

Good if you use all the paint .
I bought this palette to use as it has a hole for your thumb and I can grip it. I have since discovered one which keeps your paint wet as it has a lid. It hasn't arrived yet so will keep you informed.
